CANTERBURY, New Zealand – A major agricultural infrastructure project is underway across New Zealand’s Canterbury region, with 30 sets of tunnel greenhouses currently in installation, aiming to enhance crop yields, extend growing seasons, and strengthen the country’s food supply chain amid changing climate conditions.
