Multi-Span Film Agricultural Greenhouse

Site Selection: Choose a location with flat terrain, good drainage, and sufficient sunlight for the Film Greenhouse.  The soil quality should also be suitable for the crops to be planted, with good fertility and permeability.

Overall Planning: Determine the size and span of the Multi-Span Film Greenhouse according to the planting scale and functional needs. Consider the layout of internal facilities, such as irrigation systems, and ventilation systems, to ensure rational use of space. At the same time, make a reasonable design for the access roads and water and electricity supply around the Agricultural Greenhouse.

Soil Preparation: First, clear the site, remove weeds, stones, and other debris, and level the ground. Then, conduct soil compaction to enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation.

Foundation Pouring: According to the Multi-Span Film Greenhouse design requirements, dig foundation trenches. The depth and width of the trenches depend on the local soil conditions and the size of the Agricultural Greenhouse. Then, place steel bars in the trenches and pour concrete. Ensure that the concrete foundation is solid and level to provide a stable support for the Multi-Span Film Greenhouse frame. 

Frame Assembly: The frame of the Multi-Span Film Greenhouse is usually assembled from prefabricated hot - dip galvanized steel components. First, install the columns of Agricultural Greenhouse at the designated positions according to the design drawings, and fix them firmly to the foundation with bolts. Then, install the main arch, purlins, and other components in sequence, connecting them with bolts. 

Film Cutting and Preparation: According to the size of the Film Greenhouse roof and walls, cut the polyethylene film into appropriate sizes. Before Film Greenhouse installation, check the film for damage and ensure that it has good anti - dripping and light - transmitting properties.

Film Installation: Start with the Film Greenhouse roof covering. Stretch the film tightly and fix it to the frame with clips or screws.  Then, install the film on the surrounding walls, making sure that the connection between the roof and the wall films is tight to prevent air leakage and water seepage. 

Ventilation System Installation: Install top and side ventilation windows. The windows should be evenly distributed to ensure good air circulation. Connect the windows to the control system to realize automatic or manual opening and closing.

Shading System Installation: Install the external shading system on the roof of the Multi-Span Film Greenhouse, which can be a retractable shading net.  Connect these systems to the control device.

Irrigation and Fertilization Systems Installation: Lay drip irrigation pipes or sprinkler heads in the Film Greenhouse according to the planting layout. Connect the irrigation system to a water source and a fertilization device to realize integrated irrigation and fertilization. Install a control valve to adjust the amount and time of irrigation and fertilization.

Overall Inspection: After the completion of all construction work, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the greenhouse. Check whether the frame is stable, the film is intact and tightly fixed, and whether all environmental control systems are installed correctly.

System Commissioning: Test each environmental control system of Agricultural Greenhouse one by one. Adjust the parameters of each system according to the test results to ensure that they can operate normally and meet the growth needs of crops.

Clean the interior and exterior of the Multi-Span Film Greenhouse, remove construction waste, and sort out tools and materials.

Conduct a final check to ensure that all aspects of the Agricultural Greenhouse meet the design requirements and are ready for crop planting.
